Our role: intermediary or introducer, not the underlying supplier or provider.

How we are paid

Commercial transparency

Ask who pays, how much and what that means

Our commercial arrangement can depend on the service and provider. We explain the applicable fee or commission route before you agree to proceed.

The short version

The applicable arrangement must be explained before agreement

If we receive a commission or referral fee from a provider in connection with your chosen service, we will explain the applicable arrangement before you agree to proceed. The amount and method can vary by service and provider.

Depending on the service, Coral may receive a provider-paid commission or referral fee, or a direct fee may be agreed with the customer. We do not state that one model applies to every enquiry.

Provider-paid amounts

Commission can form part of provider pricing

Where a provider pays Coral, the method may be a one-off referral amount, a recurring amount or an amount linked to the contract or service. The exact structure depends on the applicable provider arrangement.

Before you agree, ask us to identify the model that applies and provide the information available about the amount or calculation method.

Your questions

A transparent review should answer these points

If we cannot answer a material question immediately, we will seek the applicable information rather than invent it.

  • What role is Coral performing for this service?
  • Which providers or range of providers were considered?
  • Will Coral receive a fee or commission, and from whom?
  • What is the amount or calculation method available for disclosure?
  • Does the commercial arrangement affect the price or options presented?
  • Is any separate customer fee payable?

No automatic implication

Payment does not make Coral the service provider

The supplier or provider named in the contract remains responsible for accepting the customer and delivering its service. Coral’s commercial arrangement does not transfer those obligations to Coral.

Next step

Ask about the arrangement for your review

Commercial disclosure is part of an informed decision.
