How we are paid

Tell us when something is not right

A clear route for concerns about our service

We take complaints about Coral Utilities seriously. The steps below explain how to contact us, what information helps and how we will keep you updated.

01

Contact us

Email info@coralutilities.co.uk, call +44 7531 819440 or write to the registered office. Mark written correspondence “Complaint”.

02

Explain the concern

Include your name, business, contact details, relevant service, dates and the outcome you are seeking. Do not send passwords or full payment-card information.

03

We review it

We will acknowledge the complaint, identify who owns each issue and ask for further information only where needed.

04

Written outcome

We will explain our findings, any proposed action and any further route that applies to the particular service or provider.

Response approach

We aim to acknowledge complaints within five working days

Some matters can be resolved quickly; others require information from a supplier or service provider. We will keep you updated and aim to provide a final response within eight weeks.

If the complaint is about billing, supply, connectivity performance, payment processing or another provider obligation, that provider may need to handle it under its own complaints procedure. We will explain the hand-off.

External redress

The applicable route depends on the service and current arrangements

Eligibility for external dispute resolution can depend on the service, customer type, contracting provider and Coral’s current scheme arrangements. Our written response will identify any route that applies.

This website does not claim current membership of the Energy Ombudsman or another alternative dispute-resolution scheme. Please ask us for current written details relevant to your complaint.
