Our role: intermediary or introducer, not the underlying supplier or provider.

How we are paid

Broadband and communications

Connectivity choices grounded in how your team works

We can discuss business broadband and communications requirements and, where suitable arrangements are available, introduce you to a relevant provider.

A working brief

Translate “we need faster broadband” into operational needs

Speed matters, but so do service availability, upload demand, support, restoration expectations, network resilience and how the team handles calls. We help organise those requirements before any introduction.

Coverage and technology vary by address. A provider must confirm the actual product, installation route, lead time and service terms.

  • Number of users, sites and connected devices
  • Cloud applications, video calling and upload demand
  • Tolerance for downtime and need for backup connectivity
  • Existing numbers, call flows and remote-working needs

Contract clarity

Separate the network, service and sales roles

Coral may introduce a communications provider where a suitable arrangement is available. That provider—not Coral—confirms coverage, supplies the service, bills the customer and handles provider obligations.

Before signing, check the minimum term, installation and equipment charges, price changes, early termination provisions, support route and what happens to telephone numbers during a switch.

Continuity

Plan the change, not just the destination

Installation dates and number transfers can affect trading. Keep the existing service active until the new provider has confirmed the migration plan, unless the provider gives different written instructions.

For critical sites, ask what backup or failover is technically available and exactly what it covers.

Next step

Describe how your team connects

Tell us about the site, users and current friction. We will explain whether an introduction is available.
